Mist in Tokyo

It’s funny how unexpected but quite small things can make a lasting impression in a multitude of new sights. But I was really struck by the mist on a rainy day that covered the tops of the tall buildings near the National Art Center in Tokyo.

I just didn’t expect Tokyo to have that kind of weather. Yet it is on the coast in a bay, on the edge of the Pacific Ocean – so why not? But still I didn’t expect it.
