I want to share something I found out about today while talking to a man at the camera counter in John Lewis.
It’s the Fotor photo editor. It is available for Mac, Windows, Android and iOS.
It is free for Mac. I can’t speak for Windows, but I guess it is free for that platform also.
I just downloaded it to my Mac and edited a RAW file. I added a border. You can add text and other effects.
I don’t know whether it could replace Photoshop, but I am very impressed with what it can do.
Did I mention it is free?

Thanks David, I have just downloaded it and now going to have a play with it!

Thanks David, I’ve been looking for a proper photo editor – Rebekah and I were just discussing this a few days ago – will file this post away (Investigate Fotor added to my [MUSTdo!] list to get my blogging ducks all in a row: )

I haven’t used it since I tried it because my brain navigates itself to Photoshop without me thinking 🙂
Let me know how you get on with Fotor.
