No. The rule in the UK is that anyone can photograph anyone (except soldiers and policemen) in any place where there is not an expectation of privacy and the photographer is on public ground.

That’s great! Very clear … here, I guess there are rules like that too, but it feels a little blurry. To be honest, I haven’t taken time out to read the whole thing, as people photography isn’t my thing at all.. but everyone here seems to have different opinions..
