In one of my folders I had a 500 pixels wide version of a photo that I took a while ago.

I put it through the Polardroid application which upscaled it, made it less sharp but also made it more dreamy and soft.

This one came out OK – an arcade in Leeds shot with the Panasonic LX3.

I took these in India recently.

This monkey was one of many who were trooping around the Red Fort in Delhi.

This monkey was in Agra Zoo. He and the other monkeys had access to a netted area, but he was pretty fed up. He is a macaque, and as you can see from the first photo, there are macaques roaming free, even in cities.

Across the other side of the zoo there were langur monkeys in big netted cages. There were also langur monkeys running free above the netting, which made the contrast between the captive monkeys and the free ones more poignant.

These are young macaques in the Red Fort in Delhi.
