This was in the Winter Palace in St Petersburg in 2017.
After looking at him, his tie, his shirt collar, I had some kind of picture of him.
I indicated that I would like to take his likeness and he stood erect so I could take it.
I photographed him with a Fuji X100s, which had a reputation for making skin look waxy when shot wide open, and I can see that here.
