Yes, if one subscribes/follows one’s own site. I do just to understand how my posts appear there.
The image in this post appears as a horizontal banner, but there’s a “magnifying glass” if one hovers over the image. That enlarges the image vertically.

I usually set images to ‘Wide Width’. This time I set the image to ‘Full width’, which may be what is triggering the magnifying glass. Thanks for the tip about following one’s own site.
