Bicycle Petals not Pedals

Wander around Amsterdam and you will see a good number of bicycles decorated with flowers like this one. Some are propped against trees or railings, and some against houses.

I searched to see whether there was a common theme and found that Warren Gregory, know asThe Flower Bike Man is perhaps the originator of these, and the idea caught the imagination of people in the city.
