Fox In The City

My wife Tamara noticed the fox first, and we stood and I shot from a higher vantage point with an 85mm lens on a Canon full frame camera. At the distance the fox was from us, it was small in the frame, and so these images are a crop of only about 6% of the whole frame.

Tamara and I get really excited and happy seeing animals – and all the more so because we cannot take any nature for granted in the world today.

  1. As we have discussed, the peripheral vision that we humans have developed to notice anything unusual, different, or potentially harmful in our environment. At first I thought it might have been a cat, but then I quickly noticed the differences and that it could not be.

I’m so glad you got these photos. And yes, it was lovely indeed to see him/her! What a beautiful creature…
