One hundred and eighty degrees around from where this man was standing was an Indian festival here in Cambridge. I had wandered around another Indian festival here just a day or two earlier. And both times I picked up a peaceful vibe. Maybe it is rose-tinted spectacles, but I don’t think it is.

Love the striking colour vibrancy of his outfit versus the background trees, he pops out of the surroundings. And of course, it instantly reminds me of all the similar marvellous colour that we saw everywhere during our trip to northern India years ago.

I think the same as I thought when we were in India, which is that it’s an old culture, and old cultures learn.
