I love this! Are the bikes not locked up? Are they rentals? They are so alike.

Thanks Joan – people do lock up their bikes, and bikes get stolen. The thing about Cambridge is that there are thousands of bikes – the city is compact and on the flat, and the streets are narrow – so biking is very popular. I doubt that these particular bikes are rentals. The rare event of three bikes with similar baskets and no other bikes in view -as you can guess – that is what prompted me to take the shot.
