Johannes Cornelisz Verspronck

It’s exciting for me to find an artist I admire. I saw these two paintings that are together on the same floor where you will find Rembrandt’s The Night Watch in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.

Johannes Cornelisz Verspronck has an ability to show complex emotions in a person, and I am full of respect for his work.
