Dancing in the street
It is an interesting question. Immunity from consequences does not mean that people are unable to suffer, so I would not cause harm to anyone any more than I would in a world with consequences.
On the other hand, as the poet said – 'If I can't dance, it's not my party.' so I would probably dance in the street a bit more.
