Nikon D60 compared to Panasonic LX3

One specific way these two cameras are comparable is in the matter of image quality.

I intend to carry out some experiments to measure this, so watch out for them in the coming weeks.

For quite a while now I have been using my D60 exclusively with the Nikon 35mm AF-S f1.8 lens, so it should be easy enough to make the comparisons using the LX3 at around the same focal length setting.

A Photograph Of Mine Has Been Published

This photograph of ours has been published in the Yorkshire Dales National Park Guide 2010 in their print edition and online on their website – Yipee!.

I took it last year at lambing time at a farm in the Yorkshire Dales. I sent some prints to the owner of the farm and he got in touch with the National Park Authority who contacted me and asked whether they might use one of my shots in their Guide.

So of course I am very happy that it worked out.
