The font is ‘ColorPaper’, which is an outline font that makes the shape of the letters from the white space around them. The section on the right hand side is made by doubling up the font on two layers and then shifting one layer sideways a tad, and by making the colour of the lower layer darker (black in this case) than the upper layer.
