View of Florence Firenze with the Uffizi Gallery

I am looking through photos for one that fits what I am doing, and came across this view of the Arno river that passes through Florence.

      1. Deb – If it’s the pingback you are referring to, they are when someone links to a post from their blog. That’s how I learned this lovely new word – Eudaimonia 😊

        1. Not certain why there’s a duplication of this comment, sorry about that!

Wow, I remember discussing this in secondary school – so nice to have the actual language to go with it; )

        2. Thanks, Deb, that’s useful. the original post about the word by rfljenksy describes it as the pleasure of travel. But the link you gave indicates a more essential meaning. My comment on rfljenksy’s blog that the word sounds like waves was cleverer than I knew. 🙂
